We like to think of our office as a space where we come together to challenge the norm, think creatively and develop thoughtful designs that provide our clients with meaningful projects. Our mornings begin with a “buen dia” and end with the chit-chat of current events. During the days and many nights, as a team we dream together, and inspire each other to be brave, thoughtful and to live with intention.
We love design, beautiful spaces and brands, but what excites us the most is the bond we create with our clients. During our first meetings we are carefully observing and getting to know what our clients like, how they feel, what excites them. As we design we put all the pieces together. We are making art!
JOSH ALLEN , AIA
Josh always carries a sketchbook and many pens in his pockets. He is intentional as it gets. With a smile and an idea he can make anyone in the room drop their ego and open up to discovery. He approaches every design challenge with an open mind. His design solutions are never traditional, he keeps us on our toes! He enjoys all phases of a project “that's how you get the details right" he says. Best solutions manager to big problems. He pivots left and right to get it done! Early in the morning he is working out at Madabolic, but after long work days he wants to get Cenzos.
ALEXA MENDEZ
Alexa is a thinker, feeler and dreamer. She thinks of big ideas and shares them with the team, she goes after the vision and starts the path. She calls, pursues, goes, gets it going! She won't give up easily. She loves to start design concepts, and when she starts she doesn't move until the idea is flowing. She is the person who makes sure everyone feels loved and inspired. Nurturing. She always wants tacos. She doesn't appreciate the current prices of a macha-cafe. In 2026 she is finally part of the 6am club!
JUAN QUINTERO
Juan fills the room with energy. You know he made it when you hear “Buen dia” every morning. He brings us quesillo that his mom makes. We love Juan’s mama. He loves talking about life and shared experiences. He makes sure to bring it when it comes to design. He is jumping around from sites, to calls, to budgets to presentations, always with poise. He is starting to become a morning person, finally!
JOHANNA TORRES
Joha is such a do-er. She has a calm temperament and gets it done. Her project management skills leave us all in awe! During any day she is designing a mural, coordinating an install, creating motion media. Very well versed. Alexa and Johanna sit and test new graphic content, discussing marketing strategies. Having grown up together in Nicaragua and now creating together is the dream. She is becoming a runner, her favorite food is Chicken Katsu.
HAMPTON
Hampton is a gentle giant, when we have long days he comes to the office. Looking into our office it looks like a wolf is in our space, but at any point he will sneak up on you and lick your face. After a couple of hours at work he lets us know it's been enough work for him, and he is ready to go chill.
