If you are looking to build a new space or bring back an existing one to its full charm we got your back. Our bespoke design process allows us to dive deep into each project and discover solutions that are not typical and driven by a relentless creative exploration. This thorough process provides each of our clients with a project that is deeply rooted with a design that can be felt. This is where architecture becomes more than just walls, embracing and creating environments sculpted for living, each space with an intentional energy built into the materiality, volume and details. Project kickoff
- We get together to talk, explore, and discuss concepts. We want to learn all about you… what you enjoy doing, your hobbies, your likes/dislikes and how you want to feel in each space. This is an all-inspired talk!
Phase I: Conceptual Design
- We start the process presenting design concepts and space planning. We present proposed floor plans, massing models that we all get to digest together. Internally we research the city, code and ordinance to make sure everything flows.
Phase II Design Development
- We meet again to review the developed design. In this phase we experience the design through photo realistic renders and VR. Reviewing material, samples and fixtures.
Phase III Construction Documents
- In this phase we pour all the love into documenting the space for pricing and construction. In this phase we also coordinate with building consultants to get the final set coordinated and completed.
Bidding review & Value engineering
- We assist our clients with reviewing contractor bids and providing our recommendations.
- As we go through the pricing process we will work with the contractor to assist them in maintaining a normal construction budget. We will make alternate recommendations as needed to meet the budget; always keeping the essence of a project intact.
Construction Oversight
- Construction visits to ensure design integrity. Support builders with questions and guidance as needed.

- We purchase, schedule delivery and procure your space on install day.
- We love partnering with local pottery makers, artists, makers to curate pieces for your space.
