WE ARE HIRING

At Create Atelier, we’re designers and thinkers driven by purpose. For us, design isn’t just visual—it’s intentional, human-centered, and rooted in the belief that every space should enhance how people live and connect.

DESIGNER, graphics

Location: In-Person in Dallas, Texas
Type: Full-time / Part-time
Experience: 1-3+ years preferred
Start date: As soon as possible
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who doesn’t just design—but thinks, leads, and builds with intention. You take full ownership of your work and understand how your contribution fits into the bigger picture. You thrive in a collaborative environment but aren’t afraid to take the reins, offering bold ideas and following them through to final execution. You’re the kind of person who sees a blank page as possibility and ambiguity as creative fuel.
You know how to listen, how to lead, and how to elevate the team around you. You’re deeply invested in the work and the people behind it. If you care about getting it right—not just fast—and believe in the power of design to communicate, connect, and inspire, we want you on our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead design projects from concept to delivery, taking full ownership of timelines, deliverables, and execution
  • Develop bold, strategic visual concepts across branding, campaigns, digital, print, and packaging
  • Design and produce a wide range of creative assets—from pitch decks and social graphics to full-scale brand systems
  • Present work clearly and confidently in internal reviews and client meetings
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices—and know when to follow them or break them
NICE-TO-HAVES
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Familiarity with Webflow, Figma or other digital design tools
  • A sharp eye for typography, color, and composition
  • Prior experience in branding studios, creative agencies, or fast-paced design teams
