ACU COMPLEX

The ACU complex is a mixed use development in Lancaster, TX, just south of Dallas. The front concept is a park area where people can come, gather and eat. The park will be surrounding two local eateries and will include indoor as well as outdoor seating areas. These two dining options as well as the green space will encourage people to see the space as a regular gathering spot.

Entrepreneur incubator units make up the back of this complex where small business owners can kick start their businesses in an elevated and thoughtful environment designed to set them up for success.

The primary goal in designing ACU was to keep at top of mind the idea of an office in a park rather than an office in a parking lot. Realizing this out of our design benefits both the community and those who work in the buildings.
